NEW PATIENT INFORMATION
Welcome to the first step towards healthier feet.
Our Process
What to expect at your first appointment?
Our goal is to understand your unique needs, and we’ll work with you every step of the way to help you feel at ease and confident in your care.
During your first appointment:
Comprehensive history
We’ll begin by taking a comprehensive history to understand your lifestyle, daily routines, and any specific concerns or challenges you’ve been facing. This helps us get a clear picture of how your foot health fits into the bigger picture of your overall well-being.
Thorough foot assessment
Following this, we’ll perform a thorough assessment of your skin, nails and overall foot health. Depending on the problem, we’ll also examine the movements and mechanics of your feet, ankles, legs, and knees.
Discussion of findings
Once we’ve gathered all the information, we’ll discuss our findings in a way that’s meaningful to you, making sure you fully understand the issues at hand.
Personalised treatment plan
Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs, whether that’s through physical therapy, orthotics, or other treatments. Throughout the treatment process, we’ll handle your feet with care and expertise to ensure minimal discomfort.
Follow-up and progress monitoring
Finally, we’ll discuss a follow-up plan, scheduling future appointments as needed for ongoing management and to track your progress toward the best possible outcomes.
Our Process
All new patients are required to attend a Comprehensive Initial Consultation, allowing our podiatrist to complete a full assessment, discuss your concerns, and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
