Join our team

Glenroy Foot Clinic is an established, independent podiatry clinic in Melbourne's north. We're proud of the team we've built and the environment we work in — friendly, professional, supportive and focused on providing genuinely good care.

A person wearing glasses and gloves applies kinesiology tape to another person's foot, who is seated on a blue chair. The focus is on the taping process, with tape rolls visible in the foreground.

Why work at
Glenroy Foot Clinic?

A genuinely supportive team

We want people to be able to ask questions, discuss cases, share ideas and learn from each other. We're passionate about education and mentoring, particularly supporting students, new graduates and clinicians who want to continue developing their skills.

Varied podiatry caseload

Our clinicians see a broad range of podiatry rather than being restricted to one area of practice — general care, diabetes and high-risk foot care, musculoskeletal presentations, paediatrics, sports injuries, footwear, orthoses, rehabilitation and more.

Experienced clinicians around you

We're fortunate to have experienced podiatrists within the clinic who enjoy sharing their knowledge and discussing interesting or challenging cases.

Good facilities and clinical support

We have four treatment rooms, a dedicated sterilising area and an orthotics/workshop space, with reception and administrative support so clinicians can concentrate on looking after their patients.

A community clinic

We're an independent clinic with strong connections to Glenroy and Melbourne's northern suburbs. We look after patients from an incredibly diverse range of ages, backgrounds and circumstances.

Work should fit into your life

We want to build sustainable careers. We don't believe good podiatrists need to be burnt out podiatrists.

What we believe in

The kind of clinic we're trying to build

Our core values are:

Kindness

Treat patients and each other like people first.

Honesty

Communicate openly, act ethically and recommend what we genuinely believe is right for the patient.

Resourcefulness

Think, learn, problem-solve and be willing to find a better way of doing things.

We don't expect people to know everything. We do expect people to care, communicate and want to keep getting better.

You don't need to wait for us to advertise

We’re always happy to hear from good people.

Whether you’re an experienced podiatrist considering your next move, a graduate beginning your career, a podiatry student interested in learning more about us, or someone who thinks they could be a great addition to our team, you’re welcome to introduce yourself.

Interested in joining our team?

Tell us a little about yourself. There’s no need for a formal job application — this is simply a chance to introduce yourself and start a conversation.

Mentoring program

We’re passionate about supporting the next generation of podiatrists.

Our mentoring program gives podiatry students opportunities to observe experienced clinicians, connect university learning with real clinical cases, and receive practical guidance as they begin shaping their careers. Participants are also invited to selected team education and development sessions, helping them build confidence and feel connected to the profession.
